CREATE

Creative Wick facilitated the ‘Create’ project from early concept stage through to delivery –  found the site, obtained the permissions, ensured that local artists were commissioned and will be running a children’s after school graffiti workshop & staging an exhibition of prints from the project. The Arts Council also commissioned a short film that can be seen here.

CREATE artwork required 2,850 litres of recycled paint, a 200-litre bathtub for mixing and a team of 30 supporting volunteers and six artists. Due to the scale of the piece, Eine could only check the progress of the artwork with the use of drone footage.
