Post-Corona: Pivot and thrive your business

Helping small businesses pivot and thrive during COVID-19 and beyond: As we enter the second lockdown across the UK start-ups will need to consider new strategies to find new business models and engaging with customers to grow. What business functions they need to consider during COVID-19 and how they can pivot their business to scale in the next few years. The workshop focuses on examples of start-ups that pivoted their business functions to survive and thrive during COVID-19 and beyond with some activities and tools. This can be valuable to the businesses so they can create their own COVID-19 plan for funding and reduce the level of risk in uncertain times.

By the end of this masterclass, participants will be able to:
- Map out a new complex business environment as a small business
- Identify short to long-term changes that will impact their businesses
- Understand what small business has done to react to change
- Know how to thrive in a post-pandemic world
- Reshape business models to grow and build resiliency
