Spearheaded by Tim Newton our program leader, an experienced industry professional with a fountain of knowledge. Tim provided the educational framework supported by our mentors who are talented local film and video creatives from Hackney Wick Fish Island with a breadth of expertise.

We were fortunate to have esteemed guest speakers from Akinola Davies jr to Andy Gent sharing invaluable advice and life lessons.

Our three month program has developed inquisitive minds and shaped visions that has culminated into a collection of films that covers many topics from mental health to gentrification.

Films premiering will be an experimental piece, comedy, spoken word, music video and documentary.
