On Thursday, 30th November, Creative Wick organized a free Landlord & Tenant Masterclass with Dilukshi Leanage, Senior Associate in the Real Estate department at Lewis Silkin LLP and her colleague, Aman Sahota-Dhatt, delivering landlord and tenant law for local residents and businesses from 11am to 12.30pm.
Guidance has been given on :
· Key terms to be included in a lease and what to be wary of;
· Dealing with lease renewals where the tenant doesn’t have the benefit of the Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act; and
· Managing a tenant’s relationship with the Landlord.
