Mental Health Boulder Project

Creative Wick in partnership with Hackney Wick Boulder Project and CoreArts is being funded by the WickAward to deliver beginner climbing mentoring sessions (one-to-one) with a qualified instructor, to help people manage their mental health issues.

The benefits of bouldering and climbing as a mindful practice used as part of mental wellbeing management, have been apparent for some time to climbers, and are now being recognised more and more in mainstream areas and the media.
