The Living Lab’s first research project – Report now available

“We need each other more that ever”

The Living Lab report “We need each other more than ever” March 2021 into the impact of Covid19 on the local creative sector.

William Chamberlain, Creative Wick:
“The research reveals the importance of the peer support from the local creative community, access to trusted local networks and information as well as the agility, resilience and innovation that exists within the creative sector. It also highlights the lack of security of tenure, access to secure and affordable live and work space, low levels of tailored support for the self-employed and practitioners working in some sectors of the creative economy which we will hopefully have an opportunity to further research in future projects”.
